Kailee Foster

CREW Coordinator

Kailee Foster is the Coordinator for CREW, a role she began in November 2025 before she was even back in the community. Unofficially, Kailee contributed to CREW before it was a program because of her own initiatives to help survivors of sex trafficking. In fact, Kailee is responsible for CREW’s initiative to cover up sex trafficking brands and gang-related tattoos for free. As a survivor herself and after experiencing incarceration firsthand, Kailee has a deep understanding of the challenges people face during and after confinement, as well as in the ongoing process of healing from trauma. Kailee has transformed her own lived experience into purpose, believing that those closest to the problem are often closest to the solution. Through CREW, Kailee leads efforts to provide women releasing from prison with clothing, hygiene, safe rides, and a support system, ensuring that people impacted by incarceration are treated with dignity, opportunity, and hope. Kailee continues to serve as a trusted voice, mentor, and advocate—proving that healing, leadership, and meaningful change are possible when lived experience is honored and supported.
